The NEW Superstition Harley team is is awesome! My husband and I quit shopping there 3 or 4 years ago after a service related incident, saying to ourselves we'd NEVER return. However, a couple weeks ago we stopped in just out of curiosity and were extremely pleased to see the new and improved way of doing business! I was interested in a used Softail, unfortunately, after talking with finance, we realized it wasn't going to happen that day. But during the following week, I was very surprised and excited to find out via text/phone calls that I could still get a deal done and was invited back to sit down to the details. Long story short...Matt and Andrew got me on the road after a couple hours on a sweet 2012 Slim!! I was walked through the store after making my purchase and introduced to all the departments, I even got an opportunity to meet one of the owners! (Justin, you have an incredible group of people!) We stopped by this dealership on our way home from a several day tour to northern AZ and southern UT. We purchased several items but had no room on the bike so asked the sales person to hold the items we purchased for a couple of hours until we could off-load the bike at a daughter's house and return to pick up the merchandise. By the time I was able to make it back through east Mesa traffic, the store had closed. Walking around back, I noticed the parts manager, Patrick, was just leaving -- working late as usual. I told him of my situation and he agreed to disarm the alarm system and return inside to look for the merchandise we had purchased. A few minutes later he came out of the store with our packages in hand. Kudos to a loyal employee who lives the customer service creed! We have purchased parts from this dealer in the past and Patrick has always been most helpful. We appreciate the 'small business' atmosphere and hometown attitudes exemplified by the good folks who serve customers at this store.

I own a 1994 Electra Glide, bought and serviced from Chosa's, in Mesa in 1995. No one has ever touched it except for a tire change in Rapid City, (Sturgis 1998). I had some trouble lately and your Service Dept did a complete checkout and fixed, replaced or adjusted as necessary. That was 5 months ago and I wish to thank ALL of the Service Dept for a job Very well done. The Bike (now a trike) feels as if it were new again.

I walked into your service department because it seemed that I picked up a screw in my rear tire while riding yesterday. From the moment I walked in your service writer John Yardley made me feel welcome the same as your parts staff does when I walk in. In no time I was on my way with a new tire. When my Bike was wheeled out by your service tech Ryan Yates, he was professional and friendly, and exuded the same genuine welcoming feeling. The overall experience was top rate, I even noticed that it was cleaned up a bit since I did not have the chance yet to do it. It seems that your staff enjoy working there, something rare to find in todays economy. You're obviously doing something right. Great job, keep up the good work.

My 2008 1200N has been in for service and a warranty repair. The service department is always ready to help and explain things thoroughly. They always do a great team job. My recent warranty repair Leo did the work, as it always seems like he works on my bike, and did a great job. When I picked up the bike he made it a point to come out and explain exactly what he did and what he found. Leo always does a great job that is why I ask for him to work on my bike. Just a quick note to thank Dominic( a real rider and salesman) Dee Ann, Yvette, Mike and Ron in service and all the folks, including the wonderful merchandise ladies, for a truly unique and pleasurable experience on my recent purchase of a 2008 softail crossbones, my seventh bike and my first Harley. I am not usually given to superlatives as a consumer, but my experience with you folks has been superb. Your staff is made up of some of the best trained consumer oriented people I have ever seen with impeccable manners thrown in. While the product itself is a barrel of fun and iconic, the people really brought home the Harley family experience. For example, about two weeks after purchasing the bike i had a flat from a road hazard and called the dealership at 5:00 P.M. John came and picked up the bike in North phoenix!No excuses, no buck passing, and no dropped calls. While the bike was about to receive the last of after market accessories, this was a class move. It sold me on Superstition and Harley. Really I have not had a bad experience at any dealership, but Superstition goes way beyond what I expected. No one drops the ball or passes the ball when I have questions ;instead, I actually receive prompt answers and helpful hints. Everyone has been professional and polite, and oh yes, we all like the fact that a human being answers the phone. I thought this kind of service was dead in America or a dim memory from my chilhood, but to my astonishment real customer service and brilliant marketing are alive and well. Gee, now there is a new reality. Pray I win the lottery because I am buying all my friends and family Harleys from Superstition. And if I fail to win; well, I will just be happily back for my next bike. To all the owners, managers, supervisors and trainers--I know you are in the background, but your good work shines through with such a knowledgeable and professional staff. My husband, two friends, and I had our 4 bikes shipped to Superstition on Sept. 1 for a week-long tour of AZ, NV, and CA. Ken picked us up with your wonderful van at the airport, gave us tips, pointed out sights, and gave us local history along the way. Terry - your Dealer Greeter - met us at the door showed us around the facility, introduced us to Mark and Bev as well as the rest of Superstition staff. The level of respect, loyalty, devotion was incredible! We were given ample water, hydration tips, then lead to our bikes - that were cleaned and gassed up! Service does NOT get better than that! Upon returning, again, there was Mark and Terry greeting us, making sure we made it back safely. A couple times I had to call Terry enroute to get directions, they were always clear and understandable. Kat and Mickie helped us in Motorclothes for clothing and gifts to bring home; again with smiles, patience, and genuine love for their jobs! Lastly, John, another Shuttle Driver, took us back to the airport, helped us with our luggage, bid us safe return home! We were honored to be among such fine people, loyal people, dedicated people, and most of all, we were given "The Complete Harley-Davidson Experience". Gentlemen, and Ladies, Once again you have not only surpassed my expectations, but also gone above and beyond. This is the second letter your service has earned from someone who, as I stated in my last letter, is not one for letter writing. In fact, I dont think Ive written two letters to any business, and I cant remember when the last one was that I wrote before yours. I would like to thank Scott from your parts department for riding all the way down to Tucson, on his day off no less, to deliver some passenger foot pegs. When UPS lost a box that contained the pegs as well as other items, my granddaughter was a little disappointed that she wasnt going to get to ride as soon as she had expected. Not only had Scott assured me that the contents of the box would be replaced, but he called me the next day to tell me he was going to bring the pegs down himself. Granted, it was a nice day, and a good excuse for a ride, but I will bet you dollars to donuts that the local dealership would not have bothered riding across town to deliver anything. Gentlemen, and Ladies, I cannot say enough about how impressed I was/am with the customer service at Superstition Harley Davidson. I give you all Five Star ratings, only because I cant give you Tens. I had seen ads for this dealership, but decided to give it a try only after a friend recommended it. Living in Tucson, I was a little reluctant, but I thought if he thought the drive was worth it, I should at least have a look. I had prepared myself and was only going to shop, as I had my fill of being ripped off and jerked around by what seems to be an ever-growing monopoly of Dealerships owned or operated by one group or organization. Which brings to mind a question. Arent monopolies against the law? Even though it was a nice ride up, I spent a lot of time wondering what if any new sales pitches, frills and ad ons I would hear, as I think Ive heard them all. I must admit, and to their credit, I had spent some time on the phone with Dennis Miner and Shawn Anger, who were genuinely helpful, and concerned that I look at the right bike for me and my style of riding. I emphasize the word look, as I in no way felt pressured by them to buy any bike. I liked this and it definitely got my attention. They were more concerned that I get as much information about the bikes, in order to make a more informed decision, than they were about making or pushing a sale. I thought I was dead set on a Night Train, but after getting more information, as well as questions about my riding style and experience, ended up with a Street Bob, and couldnt be happier. I had never been to Superstition Harley Davidson before, but the minute I walked through the door, I was greeted and treated as though I had been given the key to the city. I was not only pleasantly surprised, but because the feeling was so genuine, I did not feel the need to put my Guard up, or brace myself for the big pressure sales. I asked for Dennis as I had said I would be coming up, and he said he would be watching for me. Even though he was busy with another customer, Dennis took the time to tell me that he would be right with me and to take a look at the bike we had spoken about over the phone. My first thought was, WOW! he actually remembered who I am, and I wasnt just another potential sale. Before I had a chance to get across the show room, Shawn found me and introduced himself, and remembered our conversation also. I was given a tour of the entire operation, and not only was I impressed, but was treated as if I were Willie G. himself. I spent the better part of the day there, not because of inattention, but because of Shawn and Denniss concern that all my questions were answered and that if I chose to buy a bike, it would be the right one, and a lot had to do with my own indecision about what accessories and options I wanted. Ive spent equal amounts of time at other dealerships, and left more confused and frustrated than when I got there. Dennis in parts was also very helpful. When I had too many goodies to take home on my new bike, and a lot of them free I might add, Dennis said they would box them up and have them delivered to my house. One more courtesy other dealerships wouldnt have bothered with. I can honestly say my worst experience that day was the ride back to Tucson, which was my own fault. I had spent so much time looking and deciding that when I finally left, it was getting dark, and I had not planned on being there for more than a look around, so was not prepared for the ride back after dark in the cold desert winter air. I was soon reminded of why I like windshields. Im not a big letter writer, so this short novel should be further testimony to the good service I received. I do believe in word of mouth for bad as well as good, and you can bet I will be sending more people your way. I purchased a 2007 Screaming Eagle Dyna less than a week ago, and I have to say that the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. I have purchased many new autos over the years from your "typical" car dealerships, and to be quite honest, I was expecting the same kind of high pressure when purchasing the motorcycle, as I have always bought used bikes from private parties in the past. I made the mistake of purchasing my 06 electa-glide from another dealer. After the fourth attempt by that dealer to fix an on going problem with the bike, I contacted your service department and explained my situation. Your service manager took the time to call H.D. to solve my problem. At that point, you had a customer for life. From being greeted by name when I enter to detailing and filling the gas tank when finished, your service department is the best I have seen. I have had all my service work done in your shop,(just had the 10,000 mile done!), and from now on any new motorcycle purchases are coming from your showroom floor!

What can I say but A GREAT JOB! I have worked all over the Valley in HD and other motorcycle shops and never have I once been treated like I have in your service department. When I was selling bikes here in the valley that was my worst nightmare introducing my clients to the service department because I was more than aware of the nightmares that would come out of them using the ones I worked in. Since then I moved to Glendale and ride clear across town just to service my bike at your dealership. My bike is always clean and now to my SURPRISE the gas was topped off. WOW! While i was waiting for a tire to be mounted they even took me by company van down the street to eat breakfast and said call to pick me up when i was done! Mark & Beverly- I had a "Wow Experience" at your dealership that I simply had to share with you!! On Sunday, April 23rd I took delivery of a 2006 Black Cherry Street Glide (3rd motorcycle purchase from you) and was again amazed by the customer service & consistency that your entire team had to offer! First, your Sales Representative, Shawn Anger, kept me apprised of things throughout the entire process. From initially ordering the bike through the delivery, he was sharp and responsive and always did what he said he was going to do. Shawn's follow-up during the process was phenomenal and greatly appreciated! When it was time to come out and pick up the new bike, I utilized your Van service. The driver Natasha was very impressive and professional while we talked on our way to the dealership. Once there, Dennis Miner was helpful with all the paperwork and had also assisted in providing me with the correct forms needed to transfer the remaining Service Contracts on the two bikes I had sold earlier to make room for the new Street Glide. Then, during the delivery process, from the van ride through the department walk throughs, I counted 6 times when individual staff members said "Congratulations". This one word made me feel proud of my decision to purchase the bike from your dealership. They said it like they meant it - which goes a long way in my book! I'll soon be joining the Superstition HOG chapter and hope to continue the "Wow Experience" during future purchases and service appointments.
